Identify the MiVoice Business and the MiCollab server by entering their IP addresses.
To identify the MiVoice Business system and the MiCollab server:
Type the MiVoice Business System Name up to nine alphanumeric characters in length. Underscores are allowed; spaces or other non-alpha characters are not.
Type the FQDN or IP Address of the MiVoice Business system.
This is the address the system will get when the configuration is applied. The address the wizard uses to connect to the system to apply the configuration is likely different.
NOTE: While configuring EX systems, you can enter only the FQDN of the MiVoice Business system.
Select Configure MiVoice Business System Data to provision a system or clear it to add users or applications only.
(Optional) Select MiCollab.
You need MiCollab to include any of the following in your solution: MiCollab Nupoint UM, Teleworker, MiCollab Speech Auto Attendant (SAA), or MiCollab Audio, Web, and Video Conferencing.
Type the IP Address of the MiCollab server. For cloud deployments of MiCollab, enter the Hostname or FQDN of the MiCollab server.
Select the Country/Region.
Select the Telecom Region if different from the country/region.
Enter a Main Business Number, dialing prefixes, and local emergency number for the site.
NOTE: The main business number is the number that external callers dial to call into the system. The Country Code, dialing prefixes, and local emergency number(s) are automatically filled with defaulted data based on the Country/Region selection. You can change the defaults here or on a later page. Telecom Region is based on the Country/Region selection. It determines the three languages that users can choose from for their display phones.
Select the Email Connection Type. The supported values are:
ClearText
STARTTLS
SSL/TLS
NOTES:
3300 ICP controllers support ClearText (non-secure), STARTTLS, and SSL/TLS connection types.
The ClearText connection type is provided as a backward-compatible option with e-mail servers that still support non-secure connections on Port 25 without authentication.
Container-based MiVoice Business (cMiVB) supports only STARTTLS and SSL/TLS connection types.
Enter the Email Password. (Email sender's email address password)
Complete the optional email-related fields to have MiVoice Business and the MiCollab Audio, Web, and Video application (if provisioned) send email containing diagnostics, alarm notifications, and other information to the system administrator.
(Optional) Enter the Meet-Me Conference Pilot Number.

TIP: To copy and paste a complete IP address, click in one of the four octets without selecting any of it, and then press CTRL+C.
